Tenant Resources

At A.M. Property Management, we work hard to provide our tenants with prompt, efficient and professional service. All requests for maintenance are sent immediately to the appropriate technician, and a work-order will be created in advance of scheduling the maintenance with you. Please understand that although we strive to meet reasonable response-times, and schedule maintenance in a timely fashion - we cannot provide any guaranteed timelines regarding the completion of requested maintenance.

Request Maintenance

Please use this link to request a maintenance item. Be sure to provide a phone number where you can be reached, as email communication can delay your requested maintenance.  Also make sure to include a brief description of the issue you are having, so that the appropriate technician can be notified.  If your item is a maintenance emergency, please call the Management Switchboard, and dial extension #2.
